Booking and Reservations
To schedule our services, clients must submit a proper booking request either through our online system or by contacting our customer service team. Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel a booking up to 48 hours in advance without incurring any fees. Cancellations made within less than 48 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total service cost.
Payment Terms
Payment for services is required upon completion unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and bank transfers.
All prices are in GBP and are subject to change based on the scope of work and specific client requirements.
Invoices and Receipts
Upon request, Gardener Spitalfields will provide detailed invoices and receipts for all services rendered. These documents will outline the services provided, costs incurred, and any additional charges.
Liability and Responsibility
Gardener Spitalfields strives to deliver high-quality services; however, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Clients are responsible for ensuring that their property is accessible and safe for our team to perform their duties.
We recommend that clients inform us of any specific hazards or sensitive areas within the property to prevent accidental damage during service execution.
Insurance Coverage
We maintain appropriate insurance coverage to protect against potential damages or accidents that may occur during the provision of our services. This insurance does not cover pre-existing damages or unrelated incidents.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding their property and specific service requirements. Any changes to the agreed-upon services must be communicated promptly to avoid misunderstandings.

Intellectual Property

Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with appropriate notice as outlined in the Cancellation Policy. Upon termination, clients are responsible for settling any outstanding payments for services rendered up to the termination date.

Termination of services will result in the cessation of all gardening activities. Any scheduled future services will be canceled, and any deposits or advance payments made are subject to the Cancellation Policy.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Gardener Spitalfields and the client, superseding all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
Force Majeure
Gardener Spitalfields is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, or other unforeseen events.
Notification of Force Majeure
In the event of force majeure, Gardener Spitalfields will notify the client as soon as possible and make reasonable efforts to reschedule services.
